My friend has recently started taking her Cocker Spaniel to agility sessions, and she told me there were two puggies there that were the best in the class. Of course as soon as I knew there were some puggies in the area that I hadn't met, I had to go!I chose to take Mickey as he is a bit on the fluffy side
and Arthur isn't feeling too energetic with his allergies and infections. And Emma never gets above walking pace! We had a ball - Mickey was terrified of the ramps at first (they were taller than me) and dug his claws in and wouldn't budge - I felt a bit mean dragging him a long. But lo and behold after a few circuits he was steaming through the tunnel and hairing a long the ramp. He didn't master the hurdles, but I have a feeling he is going to be really good at this! The other puggies were gorgeous, and it was such fun watching them hare around the circuit. So much for Mickey becoming less fluffy though, he managed to snaffle treats off virtually every dog owner in the place!

Acquiring a dog is likely the only chance a human will ever have to pick a family member.
Isn't that why you go to agility? Certainly Lola feels that no agility class is worth going to if the treats aren't top notch. she's been known to do an obstacle, hit up an owner for a treat, do another obstacle, hit up yet another owner for a treat.......
You get the picture.
What fun!! I think pugs love that sort of thing given the chance. Pics please!!![]()

Promise to take my camera next week....Mickey doing the ramp is a real sight..and the other puggies are worth a pic too. One is so tiny it's about a third of the size of Mickey so together they look like little and large!Originally Posted by Old Mother Hubbard
