Here's a patched together video of our canine freestyle dance routine from practice the other night. I spliced it together from 3 different run-throughs to give you an idea of what it should look like. Please keep in mind that this was just a practice and we obviously still have a lot of "polishing up" to do! Wonka has just started learning how to weave around the umbrella - so that part is a bit sloppy right now. I'm the one in the burgundy hoodie... that pink striped thing hanging on my side is a treat bag. My instructor is the one with the pomeranian. We'll be starting out with all 4 dogs together in the center, but the video clip only shows two of us with dogs at the beginning and then the other two come in later.

All of the other ladies have been doing freestyle for at least two years or longer and have done a group routine together before, but I've never done anything like this so it's a pretty big deal for Wonka and I.The outfit we are planning to wear is demin capri's and a purple shirt with a large rainbow design on it... we're still working on finding the shirt though, or finding someone to make the rainbow design.

SHUT UP!!!! Your Wonka has to be just about the cutest thing on four legs! That pom was great too! I think it's so cool you can get him to do this. My freaks would be bouncing about, jumping all over me trying to steal treats, peeing on the poles, humping the other dogs, eating the umbrellas, etc.
That Wonka is something else! GREAT video!

Those videos are absolutely fantastic! I totally love your choice of songs, too. "It's Raining Men" is one of my fave songs EVER. And "Rock This Town"? Fabulous!
Wonka's the best one in his group, for sure. And not just because he's the cutest!

I'm glad everyone is enjoying it.
I don't mind it, but it's not really one of my favorite songs... it wouldn't have been a first choice for a solo routine. The instructor picked the song and we all said sure.
However, that being said, I like the song a whole lot better when I sing it in my head with words like this...
It's Raining Pugs!
Dog-a-lou-la
It's raining Pugs!
I'm gonna go out, I'm gonna get myself absolutely Puggy licked
Dog bless puggie nature
He's a simple pug-wug, too
He took off for playtime, and danced like he had to do
It's Raining Pugs!
Dog-a-lou-la

Wonka's attention is astounding! He is such a smart fellow. If I had a puggy who learned that complicated routine, I would be so proud.
