Talking Nilla, new agility star? :)

With the snow finally gone and grass turning green, the kennel club where Wonka and I practice our dancing has put their agility equipment back outside. Last night, Miss Nilla came along and spent about 45 minutes trying out the A-frame, tunnel, hoop, etc. She had a BLAST! I was so excited to see her racing over that frame and having so much fun. I know she isn't really capable (temperament-wise) of being in an agility class with other dogs, but it was a thrill to see her take right to it and so full of spunk while doing it. We're hoping she can practice on it more whenever Wonka and I are practicing. It will really be good for her.

Well, little miss lazy-butt wasn't used to quite so much fun and I think she must've overdone it because today she is totally ZONKED out. She's sleeping like the proverbial log.

That is too cute! We had some tubes and stuff around at graduation day from puppy class. Ernie pushed his nose up to one... when it moved, he freaked out, hid behind me, and wouldn't stop barking at it. I doubt he will ever be an agility star.

Of course she cannot share the course with other dogs. Miss Nilla is a STAR and therefore deserves to shine alone

Agility could do wonders to help her expel some of her energy!! That's great to hear she enjoys it so much!!
