I think Wonka looks fabulous in those photos! And he looks so regal! By the way, how does one learn to do freestyle with pugs?
You can take a class if one is available near you, or you can start right in your own home with tricks your pug knows (like sit, stay, high five, etc.). Just get a pile of treats, put on some music that you like or that you think your pug would like and dance around and have fun!!! If you want to learn more and don't have a freestyle class or tricks class available nearby, you can watch videos or read Freestyle books to help you teach specific tricks and dance moves - like weaving between your legs, backing up, walking sideways (like a crab), spinning in a circle, running in a circle around you, etc. I've learned a lot just from watching online video's of some of the best freestyler's in the US and UK. Even if you never compete, teaching your pug some of these dance moves is a great way to have fun and give them some mental stimulation and physical exercise!!!![]()
