I was unable to get to my ww class this week, but according to my scales I'bve lost 2lbs. Not marking it down though I'll see what happens this week!

No lose for me this week, super bowl killed me. Still walking lots though, sometimes twice aday. Here hoping for a better week this week. Its getting very challenging for me right now and not sure why.

Well....I have had enough. I have been on a strict low fat diet since September. ( I eat pretty healthy to begin with and do not eat alot) I have been gaining weight all along. Nearly flipped my lid yesterday when the scale said I gained another 6 pounds!(making it a total of 26 pounds!!!!) I had blood work scheduled for my BP and Cholesterol........today I called the Doc and asked for a Thyroid work up to be added to it. (It runs in my family) Something is very wrong.
