so in group this week they were discussing helpful eating tips.
so the ideas that were brought out were chicken stirfry more often and other chicken meals with no skin added
the importance of starting the day off with a good breakfast..I really lack in that department..lol
eating enough fruits and veggies..and making sure that the snacking is healhy...
the set the table up to snack on with all these healthy snacks..
all wheat crackers with light cheese
fruit and vogurt
plain popcorn
weight watchers candy
veggies and dips
just some pointers..

Hmmm...I'm gonna have to do a lot more research in these type of threads! DH is now seeing a cardiologist for high blood pressure, & is on a medication for that, & he also has cholesterol that's a bit high, so the dr just told him today that we need to try to get that down, & if it doesn't work, he'll have to be on a medication for that too. I'm already on a med for cholesterol...So I guess no more nightly ice cream
I know I need to exercise more, but I hate it.
I may have to consider Weight Watchers, or the online version. Rugbysmom
you could join the rest of the group here that is on a weekly weight loss and support group
they are doing very well
