    Default pineapple & yogurt

We had a problem with Otis eating his own stool (a problem for the breed as I was told), and someone suggested putting pineapple in his food. Also- he had a problem with yeast in his ears (another common problem as I understand) and my cousin suggested yogurt. So- everyday he gets a couple of spoonfuls of the crushed pineapple (no sugar in juice), and then three times a week a couple spoonfuls of plain, non-fat yogurt over his food.

I just wanted to know if this is okay for him and if we should keep going with it? He seems to enjoy it (especially the pineapple).

Hi Suri- not exactly sure if it's helped. He seems not to be eating his poop anymore but not 100% sure. As far as the ears we will have to wait till his next vet appointment, although he still scratches them once in a while.

I did wanna know though if in general it was okay to add those things to his food. He eats Natural Balance Limited Ingredient Sweet Potato & Venison.

I don't know how old your baby is.....

Yogurt and pineapple in moderation should be fine.......just don't over do.
