Switching food

Hi everyone

I know there are tons of posts about this, and I have been sifting through them, but I just want to ask what kind of food everyone trusts?

Oz has been itching and I'm going out tomorrow to get some new food with limited ingredients. I might go with the limited ingredient Natural Choice. He was eating Natural Choice puppy food when he first came to us, then I switched to Nutro Ulta puppy food, and when I started him on the Nutro Ultra adult, I think that's when his itching started. I think it may too rich for him. And a friend told me that her friend's dog got fat on it, although Oz seems to be fine weight-wise. Any suggestions?

If his itching doesn't get better after being on the new food for a while, I'm gonna give the vet a call. His skin looks perfectly healthy...although I'm sure that doesn't mean much.
