First of all I had a run in with this girl here at one of the local petfood places that claimed that Bella the bulldog was FAT. she was just at the vet and checked and of perfect health. she threatened to call the spca
she also did this to a small lab puppy and threatened to call the spca for the dog being to thin and reduced her to tears.. she was just at the vet and fine too for her weight.
I had have also had numerous issues with the pugs and my choice of dogfood that I feed so had enough and reported her to the top management at the petfood place and they in turn will send out the district manager and a secret shopper to see what she is like..
she is not a vet tech or a vet so does not have any right in scaring someone about their dogs..
believe me if there was another way then reporting her would have done it...but NOT.
see what happens now..
called the vet to keep them informed too..
and orijen is my food of choice and will stick with it
even the vet was ok with the change in food for them too..
although they will only get 3/4 cup of dogfood a day on this food and supplement with green beans or pumpkin if they need extra fillers
the vet was soo upset that someone could be reduced to tears with their young puppy such as the lab..
A pugs world is full of play and sleep and of course good food.........
Dog owners think and worry about their pets' health enough as it is. The last thing you need is an ill-educated, obstinate bully making threats.
I'm glad you reported her. Good for you!

Dexter's Owner
was a hard decision but best for all dogs really..
the vet is really upset with this..
it is enough stress for a young owner and puppy to adjust as it is...
and you are right we worry about our pets all the time
they needed a complaint to move forward with this
and they did not get one
she has worked there for years and caused lots of issues
so hopefully something happens to stop this now
thanks glad I reported her too
although I would have done anything to have not had to go that route
A pugs world is full of play and sleep and of course good food.........
