When I gfeed him this morning this first bowl of the food he sniffed it a few times circled the bowl a few times and then took a small mouth full instead of inhsling his food like usal. He contuined to eat but didn't finish the bowl which is odd he always finishes his food. Does this mean he doesn't like the naturla planet food or he is not used to the organic taste of it?

When I introduce a new food, I either start mixing a handful of the new in with the old and increasing the new over time. Or I use rice and chicken to make the transition. Swapping cold turkey can cause major GI upset
Not sure that Organic has a taste ...

How is the food RAW I don't understand that? He can't have rice becuase of the treatment he is getting for the yeast infection i'm going to give him some chicken tonight with his dinner I have never heard of mixing old food in with the new. This is the 3rd time I have changed his food and I have always just stared the new food and he has had no GI trouble or anything.

Raw would indicate uncooked ... the Raw Diet is 'unprocessed' using whole meats including the bones, carbs and veggies. There is a great sticky on it somewhere here on PV
Organic only indicates that the ingredients were "produced using environmentally sound methods that do not involve modern synthetic inputs such as pesticides and chemical fertilizers, do not contain genetically modified organisms, and are not processed using irradiation, industrial solvents, or chemical food additives."
If you have swapped kibble cold turkey without mixing and had no problems, you have been very, very lucky.
