Try grain-free food and explore raw feeding. I have a foster pug in right now who can only have raw food but not chicken and possibly not beef. She eats raw turkey, raw pork, raw duck necks, canned jack mackerel. Do a search on this forum for allergies or raw feeding. I have seen this time and time again fix pugs with allergies, including 2 of my own "permanent" pugs and many of our rescue's fosters.
