Default PUGS teach the BULLDOG something new...arrgggg

the pugs have learned that with a bit of a HOP..you can put yourself in the top of the bulldog bag of food......lol. well moved the bag but NOW I see the bulldog can just pull it over and help themselves.....
the bulldogs NEVER in 5 years touched the food bag..........ONLY the pugs
    pugs are such food aholics.......unreal
I swear pugs live for food........never had a breed like them every before for feeding. alway free fed my dogs.... the pugs could eat forever..... my girlfriend in rescue with bulldogs says OH YOU can FREE FEED a pug...after they gorge themselves a few times that will stop..NOT NOT NOT told her...no way I would even try that...

the bulldogs learned the entrance from the pugs........lol for sure to get into the top of the bag. I could easily free feed the bulldogs here..sounds like they are doing that themselves..NOW..lol

the pugs would find the food no matter where it was put....hard to hide the bag in this small place..thinking of using a big tin garbage can for the dogfood.....but think Gus could just knock that over pretty easy......he is strong for a bulldog. for now the food moved to the basement......but do not want to leave it there either.

what do you store the food in?

the problem is I have to have large bags of food with the bulldogs...
A pugs world is full of play and sleep and of course good food.........

Could you use like a large rubbermaid container with the lid that locks on either side. Even if Gus knocked it over , it would stay closed.Good luck, LOL!!

I know what you mean, pugs can get into anything they set their minds to!

I found some of these looked nice, but I haven't tried any of them out, as i've been waiting for a nice sale :)

What do I store food in? The front passenger seat of my loaner jeep, secured by a seat belt. Some day I am going to be committed.

Be sure to keep the food in the original bag or use a can liner or wash the bin out between new bags of food. Fats can stick to the can and go rancid...also incase you need the lot # or expiration date or list of ingedients, you still have the original bag.
