Thanks, all, for your replies. I'm going to look into the prepared raw to see what our local stores carry - if anything. It's also helpful to know the meats that are easier to digest. I really do want to feed fresh, so we'll have to see what works for my Pugs.

Mine have moved up to chicken thighs and turkey necks, and lamb ribs and chicken feet. They still eat kibble too. I try not to feed them over 20% of fresh raw meat as this would unbalance their diet.

You can also add raw green tripe. It's available in commercial frozen raw (greentripe.com) and cans. A couple brands sell it, but I buy Tripett canned tripe. Solid Gold and Merrick sell them but there are other extra ingredients in them I think. I just want the tripe. I haven't taken kibble out of their diet completely.
There is a whole food supplement you can also add to your homemade raw unless you're doing the vitamin mixture from the recipe book as well. It's from Nature's Logic. Nature's Logic
