    Does anyone know if rice flour can be substituted for whole wheat flour in treat recipes and, if so, would the measurement be the same? One of my online FB friends is sending me a treat cookbook and I'm looking forward to baking some treats, but I try not to give the kids any wheat products.

    I've used rice flour, you can also put oatmeal in a food processor to make oat flour, I just use the same amounts.
