Welcome and thank you for adopting and fostering!! Fosters are the lifeblood of every rescue, without fosters, dogs must be turned away and no rescue wants to do that.

Warning, when I began volunteering for rescue I had 2 pugs. I now have 9. Get the picture?

Thank you very much Lisa! My rescue group has a subgroup called "The foster failure Club" lol They warned me of the same thing! One foster has 18 pugs in her household! (eight are hers) So all of the current fosters are members of this subgroup! lol One of the girls joked that I am already a failure and I haven't even had my home inspection yet!

Welcome to PV! And what an inspiration to us all with the fostering and all! What treatment are they going to do on the heartworm positive puggie?

There is more than one?! I guess its crappy that I did not ask! um...all I know about it is that he has to stay with his foster mom until he completes the treatment because her house is close to their vet that they use...now you got me going...I shall ask...I know its like the best because they only use the best...they said it takes several weeks...
