I have a 7 y.o. fawn, male, pug. His name is Sir Duke. He has several nicknames, though. Dukie, Dukers, Pugasouraus, Puggy, and The Duke. He is recovering from a case of pancreatitis. Not severe, though, thank God. Very happy he is still w/ us. Not much else to say.
Hello and welcome to the Village! I hope Sir Duke is feeling better soon.

Thank you all for the greetings. Sir Duke is on the mend, I believe. He is up & barking. He loves to go after animals on t.v. Mostly horses, dogs, & cats. When out in the backyard, if he sees someone skating, riding their bike, &/or walking, he is @ the fence barking away. Then, he comes right back in as if to say, "I did it!! Where's my treat?" He just gets love. I have had loved ones feed him too many table scraps, so he needs a diet REAL bad. Question I have for y'all. Sir Duke eats Nutro. We all know the delicate digestive process of pugs, or have smelled it, and that seem to be the best @ keeping that minimal. However, I have seen commercials for Blue Buffalo? and he used to be on science diet. I feel s.d. gave him the runs or too soft of a stool. Wondering what the thought out & about was.
