New to Pugs and to PugVillage :D

Hello All :D

I have loved Pugs my whole life....even as a kid I collected every stuffed Pug I could find!! LOL I was never able to have one though due to my moms severe allergy to dog dander. Now that I am grown and married with kids I have finally decided that now is the time to bring one home :D

Rather than go to a breeder, I was determined to adopt from a rescue or shelter........and ended up finding a couple that needed to re-home their 1 1/2 year old brindle male. So off I went, driving almost 3 hours one way to meet the little chunky monkey named Pugsley. From the moment I walked in the door I was in love....he trotted right up to my and demanded I show him the proper love and attention he knows he deserves......and the rest as they say is history.

As I start this journey with my first (hopefully not last) Pug, I was to gain as much knowledge as I can from other Pug owners. I look forward to getting to know you all!!!
