I just got my first pug. She is tiny she is only 8 weeks old and is less than a pound!!!what should know about making her comfy
Wow she is tiny! My pug was 2.2 lbs at 6 weeks old!
Just have a comfy place for her to snooze, because she will be doing a lot of that! Also snuggle toys are great. I filled an old sock with raw rice, and heat that up in the microwave and put it in her crate for her to snuggle with at night time, seems to help her sleep, as she was used to snuggling w/ her puggy brothers!
Welcome! Are you quite sure that she really is 8 weeks old? She does sound awfully tiny.
Proud mama to Winston and Ozzie.

Hello andto PugVillage. Look forward to getting to know you and your Puggie.
We never touch people so lightly that we don't leave a trace.
The breeder told me she was 8 weeks and the vet said she looked more like 10 weeks old by looking at her teeth. I will try and some pictures of her. The vet says she is great health
Wow that's incredible... my puggy was 5 lbs 2 oz at 9 weeks... sounds like an adorable tiny pup :)

Wow! My pug turns 8 weeks on Tuesday, and I'm taking her to her next vet appt on Friday...can't wait to see how much she has gained, I am guessing she'll be around 3 lbs...don't think she will hit 5 lbs by 9 weeks though!
I'm shocked at how fast she's growing (this is my first puppy) - but she is shooting up!![]()
I don't want to scare you, but please take her to the vet for a wellness check!!!! She's awfully small!
Mine weigh that at 2 wks old!
Hope that she's fine!
