Do you know I have not logged in here since 11/04 other than last night?
That's crazy. Well, I joined back in 2003 after losing my baby Queeker P. I was so heartbroken and devastated. I cried for a solid month and still get weepy looking at his pics. I came here for counsel. I became ADDICTED instantly! I spent every waking minute I could at Pug Village. Logging in at work, at home, anywhere there was a computer. I invited my Mom, Laura, who had recently become owned by a pug. The addiction commenced! We were both on the PUG HIGH.
Well, we got help at PV Anonymous, but I think we have fallen off the wagon. After she coerced me into the "smack" and to go see the "Life Lessons Learned through Pug Pictures" I think I'm addicted again. I really have missed all the pug pictures and stories. Sometimes you just get so busy with life, its hard to partake in what you really enjoy.
Just an update on us: I still have my love, Woodfrey. He was a rescue. My mom just happened to be at the Vet (where I had posted flyers of my missing baby Queeker P) and a woman with a cat said she had a dog just like Queeker and asked if she wanted him. Long story short, I got him. He had been banished to the backyard with no real human contact. It took him about a year to become a true pug, but he is doing GREAT now! He owns me!! lol
Currently I am fostering another pug. Her name is Ming and can be found on DFWpugs.com. She's a singer. I think I might be able to teach her how to say "I love you."
My mom still has Frank the Tank. He's a chatty lil pug. I say "lil" jokingly! She also has a rescue, Daisy. We call her Daisy Mayzer, or Mayzer for short. But thats not all Folks! The pack continues to grow!
My mom fostered a cute guy named Malachi. The previous mommy was so heartbroken at having to give him up. (It happens, sad as it is, some things force your hand) Well, he ended up with my sister. So we have 5 pugs, one short of a 6 pack.
Yes, this is me, I am a pug pillow. This is the pack sleeping on me when I go to visit my mom. LOL……….yeah, its painful :P, but we do what we gotta do right? LOL
Its nice to still see familiar faces and the cutest pugs ever!! Keep them pictures rollin!
In Loving Memory of
Queeker P.
