Default Finally registered and saying hello.

I am the rescue/foster coordinator for DFW Pug Rescue in Austin. I know Yvette (DFWPR in Dallas) is a regular here and she told me about your site.

I have two pugs, Toby and Shiloh (fawn males, 4 years old), a Bug named Baby who's about 3 years old, two parakeets, a hamster and two gerbils. Oh, and a husband. I've been a volunteer for pug rescue in Austin for almost two years now. I'm involved in every aspect from contact, to coordinating rescues, foster homes, vet visits and adoptions for the pugs we rescue in the Austin, Texas and surrounding areas.

I also stay involved with the Austin Pug Club. If you're any where near our area in the coming months we have some super fun pug events coming up.

Just want to say hi and keep up to date on the pug happenings in the rest of the world. If any one knows of a pug in need in my area let me know.

Rescue/Foster Coordinator, DFW Pug Rescue, Austin

Hi Rita and Welcome! I foster for DFWPR too. I get the ones with behavior issues. Like Eli. Ask Yvette about Eli sometimes.

I've gotten quite hooked on PV and find myself spending more time than I meant to here....

    Hi Rita,

Welcome to PV! I must warn you, PV is highly addictive, but if you must have a vice, this is the best one to have.

I also foster for DFWPR, I've been a volunteer for a little over 2 years now, also. It's so nice to meet others in the DFWPR network.

I have two pugs Frank, 3 and Daisy, 2, she's my #2 foster that I couldn't part with. I also have two grandpugs, Woodfrey, 4 and Malachi, 6, both are rescues.

    Thanks for all you do!
