    Default Aine - pooped blood

I love PV for this very reason.

After a panic call to the vet - I have Aine going in tomorrow at 9:30 Am.

Aine must have either been really excited because she had the same poop that is described in the link. We went for walkies and she pooped with loads of gooey yucky smelly stuff and than all of sudden she pooped out blood only. She is still barking and watching everyone as they go by the house but she will not drink nor eat - except if it is for treats!

I saved the sample for Dr. Nadine so i am hoping all is well with my baby. Weirdness - she did a *I am not going to eat anything* like 3 days ago but her poop was fine - now she is doing the "I am not going to eat but I will take treats thank you plus I will give you a heart attack with poopin BLOOD".

*sigh* Will keep you all posted - please say a little prayer! Thankies all! Nan and *barking Aine*

    *sigh*

Sending lots of prayers Aine's way. Hope it isn't anything serious. Please post an update after she sees the vet tomorrow.

will be something simple that is easy to fix.

My boxer, Slugger had a couple of episodes of pooping mucousy and bloody stools. I was horrified and headed straight to the vet. Vet checked him out and decided it was probably just a gastointestinal upset and nothing serious . Slugger was happy and wanting to eat like normal and after the blood had loose stools the next day but ended up just fine the day after.
Hoping that it is nothing serious...sending healing vibes!
