Default Low Stress Handling - Nail trim video

The March issue of Whole Dog Journal has an interesting interview with a Vet (Dr. Yin) who wrote a book (and DVD) about Low Stress Handling procedures for vets and other animal handlers. I was looking at her website and thought this video showing conditioning of a dog to enjoy nail trims might be helpful for PugVillager's with pugs that freak at nail trim time.

    Wow, 4 minutes, that's amazing.

DH holds Daphne while I dremmel her nails and having those extra hands helps a lot! Once she settles down, she seems to tolerate it well and knows she gets a treat after each paw. It took me a lot longer than 4 minutes for her to get used to the idea and sound of the dremmel though!
