any one has ever been able to buy a belly band in shops like Petco or pertsmart? need to buy some either online ( please indicate where) or at any shop

No silly questions... I have learned it's sort of a "belt" that velcros at the "waist" and covers a boy's "lipstick" and discourages him from marking with pee.
