Our pug has only one eye, we were told by his previous owner he was born this way. We adopted him when he was two years old. Where his eye was it was more sunk in, giving him the appearance of winking. Now it seems to be bulging out more. Is this a problem I need to see a vet about? Does anyone with a one eyed pug have experience with this problem?
To me, if something changes like that, it's a definite trip to the vet! Better to be safe than to have something serious going on and putting it off!
I have no idea what is going on but just the fact that there is a change in anatomy would give me cause to seek advice from the Vet.
I'd love an update to explain the change.

I have a one eyed Pug and a foster with one eye. I would suggest you take your boy to the vet, there's something going on.
What everyone else said. Some are bulgier than other's but the big issue is a CHANGE from what has been normal for him.
Please let us know.
Take care,
