Is There a Pug Bug Going Around???

Truthfully it should say a dog bug. Gauge is getting back to his normal diet after a second bout of colitis in a month. Last week Badger got the same thing (he's had it before) now Mr. Boots has it. Badger and Boots are on meds. Erie threw up before dinner (I think he was too hungry) but it is the second time in 3 days he's done this. Thursday just before dinner I had Erie, Huron and Raven throwing up. Yesterday when I got home from work Raven was in his crate (Bryce was vacuuming)he had threw up in his crate. Bugsy threw up his breakfast yesterday and his dinner today. Cripes I am so tired of cleaning up and vomit!

So sorry to hear that your babies are not feeling well.
A few months ago my dog had vomiting and the vet recommended I not feed for a day to give Turbo's tummy some time to reset itself. After a day of withholding food I reintroduced boiled chicken breast and rice. From there I started mixing in his food with the chicken and rice, increasing the proportion of his normal food each time.
If that doesn't work, consider taking them to the vet- maybe checking for coccidea?

Pugsby has an allergy right now too! He's itchy and is producing more dander than the norm! My vet gave us an allergy medicine for me to mix in Pugsby's food, and said it will pass when this type of pollen goes down (we are very active so we are outside a lot!)

I will not day anything about the pugs because I will jinx them but a client's border collie is on Flagyl for the fourth time in 3 months.
