Default THOSE annoying E COLLARS...need some HINTS HERE fast....

ok not my pugs but Bella the bulldog has to wear this e collar for 7 days. she accepted the fact that she had to keep it on..the pugs still bark at her though off and on but that is ok.
the problem is I can not get her to get the hang of it...all of my other dogs pugs including mastered the e collar and Gus as a puppy figured it out.

when she bends down to get a drink or eat...she catches the e collar on the dish and flips it...and 7 dishes of water on the floor soo far is NOT FUN...

so need some helpful hints to get her to figure this out...
I thought all dogs JUST got it...NOT her

maybe if they arents too expensive, you could run out and get one of those stands for the food/water bowls that hold them up higher off the ground. Maybe she coudlnt knock that over and the angle would be easier.

someone in bulldog rescue just suggested I use a larger pail for her food and water that way she might not be able to dump it..although the same idea Lena as you have..

When we used the plastic ones, we would cut it a bit so they could get to their bowls easier.

Now, we use the comfy collars or the ones that look like an inner tube around their necks.
