I'm so very sorry!!!!

Since she's so young...and has had several litters, it might be beneficial for you to take her to the vet for a necropsy to find the cause of death. I'm sure that it wasn't anything that you could have done anything about......but it might ease your mind to know the reason she passed....And...since she's had 3 litters...if you find something that can possibly be passed on, you can tell the puppy owners what to watch for!

oh no. so sorry to hear about your puggie. we lost our Lulu last week - very unexpectedly. she went into respiratory arrest during a tracheal wash. it was heart breaking, to say the least. she was a wonderful little companion and friend. i know how you feel. give your other puggies an extra kiss tonight. i agree with the others about talking to the vet to find out what happened.
