Obsessive licking is causing infection in nose fold

Have you tried switching her to a raw diet? Especially one with a novel protein such as rabbit, venison, bison, turkey, duck....something she has not been fed previously?

No I haven't. I'll mention it to my wife. I do remember that for a while my wife was buying ground turkey, cooking that up and feeing both of them with it.
