Wow he is soooo cute! He looks very happy and healthy to me, no visible bones or anything showing. I think he must just be on the small side. It must be nice, we have to watch Nano so close, and he's getting so heavy to carry around haha :)

    Wow he is adorable :)
Nano is: 9 months and 27 lbs :)

He looks fine and it is much better for pugs to be on the slim side.

I don't like the sound of soft-ish yellow poops, though, and agree you should try some other food.

I use Blue Buffalo Small Breed Puppy--Chicken & Oatmeal. Marley loves it!! She's 4 mo & gets 1/3 cup 3 times a day. At her 3mo vet visit she weighed 6 1/2 lbs. I don't give wet food cause it makes her poops to soft--but they make great wet food, too. They also have a Wilderness grain free puppy dry food.

The Blue Buffalo is the exact food we are going to be getting him. We're going to get a bag and we will see how he likes it and go from there.

He's packing on the pounds now. Just over 14 pounds and a few days shy of seven months. Over three pounds in less than a month. We got the Blue Buffalo but he won't eat it by itself. We were given a sample of a Bil Jacs food and he liked it so we are going half and half with the two to try to get him to eating the Blue Buffalo. Anyway, he is definitely filling out and after being neutered, we expect him to put on more.
