Default Rebbie got his foot caught in the baby gate. :(

I was in the living room wrapping the presents I bought for my students. They are all getting the same thing so I thought it would be nice for them to open it at one time. Rebbie would have been picking up wrapping in his mouth, etc. I had him in the kitchen. He stays back there sometimes but sometimes he doesn't. I guess it depends on how clingy he is feeling. His foot got caught in the wire. :( It happened after he cleared the gate, as he was coming down. I had to go and free him. He didn't yelp or cry when it happened. He hasn't whined or complained about it. He seems to be walking fine. I may have seen a little hop skip but I am not sure if I was trying to "see" something, if you know what I mean.

Should I just see how he is doing tomorrow? He is putting his weight on it...at least, it appears he is putting weight on it.

I hope he is going to be okay!

Don't let him run or jump a lot tonight....just rest.....You could give him a half a baby aspirin for anti inflamatory.......Then see how he is in the AM!

    These guys!!!

Did I tell you that my hair stylist says my hair is entirely or almost entirely white/silver now!!!

Hey, guys. I tried to get online this morning before heading to school but my internet was not working. He seems to be okay. He is walking on it fine. I will continue to keep an eye on it to make sure he is not favoring it. :) I hope that this will teach him not to jump the gate...but it is Rebbie, so we will see. ;)

I would buy a higher gate!!!! My Solo could jump gates.......and he ended up hurting his neck going over!!!! Now, Ben is crated.......and if in the kitchen...I either double gate or put a taller one up!
