As someone said earlier, I use the chaser method. I put the pill in a piece of turkey and offer 1 piece without a pill, since they can see that I have more they usually gobble it down. Since they aren't suspicious of the first one I quickly get the second (with the pill) in there and then hold the third piece in front of them. They scoff it down with anticipation of getting the third one.

Works like a charm for me.
