Bumps on face...please see picture

So, in addition to the redness between the toes of the front paws...Chaka now has bumps on his face...at this point I'm convinced it's an allergy...question is, to what? Please take a look and let me know what you think.
Note: we feed Chaka food and water out of stainless steel bowls.

I am still wondering if it might be a reaction to the meds he is on for Giardia. Poor Chaka, give him a little squeeze for me.

I'm giving him benadryl 2x a day now...I am hoping that after he's done with the medication, everything will clear up...but I can't take him off of the medication because we need to nip this Giardia in the bud.

Anyone else have any idea what these bumps might be caused by???

This looks like puggy acne. It can be from having your nose roll in a bowl that is not washed out often enough ... after all there is now way to get food or water into your mouth without putting your whole face down to the bottom.

I got a couple of spots 'cause my stainless steel bowl looked clean, but needed washing more often.

I wash out Chaka's stainless steel bowls after every meal and change the water in his fountain every day...
I was wondering if this may be a reaction to the meds he is on for Giardia or if an allergy is causing it...
I touched the little spots on his face this morning and them seem to be hard (crusting)...does this mean they are healing?
