Hi there, I'm new and have just got a 12 week old pug called Paddy. We need to take him to for his 2nd set of shots and want wondering if anyone knew of vets in the Jersey City, NJ area who know the pug breed and their unique requirements?

If you get no relpies here, do a search for Pug rescues in your area. They will know who to go to. Maybe curly tail pug rescue can point you in the right direction. It is very important to have a Vet with experience in brachycephalic (flat faced) dogs.
I have a vet friend in NJ. I will try to contact him and recommend him to you. :)
Pugs have a way of finding the people who need them, filling an emptiness we don't even know we have.
