    Chaka has two hanging moles on either side of his...you know what...is this normal?
    Please advise.

    Are they roughly parallel? Follow up in a (relatively) straight line towards his rib cage. If there are more parallel pairs, then what you discovered are probably nipples. I found the same thing on my girlfriend's dog, and that was her explanation. Actually, she said they were "nippular areas," but I figured I'd save you the scientific mumbo-jumbo :)
