runny nose?

Wondering if anyone has had experience with the runny nose? We just moved to Vancouver island from Alberta about 7 months ago and I have noticed that when Bella is sleeping her nose is dripping with clear fluid. I know the humidity is quite a bit higher here so Im wondering if this is the reason, it never happended in Alberta. There is so much that when she breathes out it forms bubbles soo cute , anyways any info would be helpful thanks

Tinker has some allergy to something outside so occasionally she will get a drippy nose. My vet gave me doggie Zyrtec. It works fine.
