Default My pug just started twitching/having spasms?

I have a 9 yr old healthy male pug that just started having spasms or twitching on his left side of his body. Have never seen this before and not sure if it justifies an ER visit or can wait until morning. Has anyone experienced this with their Pug?

It's odd. He is only doing it while standing still. He is walking perfectly normal and I don't see the spasms when he lays down.

They stopped when he went to sleep. Went to the vet yesterday and they couldn't find anything. Waiting on bloodwork. Keeping my fingers crossed!
