Thanks for sending this info. Printed it and will keep it handy. My female, Sophie, who we fostered and then adopted from a rescue, eats so quickly, she could easily choke...in fact, I feed her a few pieces at a time rather than a bowl full. Thanks again!!! :cheshire:

hey all iits so weird that this is a topic the other night i was studying for my pathophysiology test and my baby rocko was eating a greenie, next thing i know the greenie was gone! then rocko acted like he culdn't brethe! i was sooo freaked out! Finally i pushed on his stomach to see if i could induce vomiting and he did it on his own! Now i have the proper procedure on this!! Thanks sooo much its a lifesaver!

Thanks for posting this. I read over again and am forwarding on to some dog friends too.
A few years ago while at my Vet's I asked her out of curiousity how to perform CPR on my pugs. She showed me and I'm glad she did - it saved Phoebe's life after a life threatening reaction to a wasp sting that summer. I never thought I could react so quickly but in a crisis we always rise up to it. Fall apart later!

My Rocco was born with an elongated palate and he seems to always have problems. It scares me. Thank you, Renee for this pamphlet, hopefully I will never use it. But it great to have. Thanks.
