For the last week, Lemon has been sneezing terribly. We're talking 10, 15 times in a row. She screws her little face up and sneezes hard, like she's got something in her nose. It's not normal for her. Typically, she sneezes once, and that's that. She's also been pawing at her eyes more. I'm thinking allergies...?
Do you think it warrants a trip to the vet?

Before going to the vet, I would suggest trying to think about anything that's changed at home: detergent you're using for laundry, cleaning products, hand soap, ANYTHING with which she could remotely come into contact!

That's just it... nothing's changed at home. I'm 100% sure because we haven't gone to the store. And anyway, we're such creatures of habit. We buy the same stuff, all the time.

My Solo has done that...and it's gone away....
I do not give Solo anything...as he's only done it twice in almost 7 years.
You might try a benedyl to see if it stops it. If so..it's an allergy to something.
It's a long shot, but I have heard of dogs getting something stuck in their sinuses....like a blade of grass. It is Winter though.....

Oh Poor Lemon! That must be a sight! I hope this goes away soon!
Same thing happens to humans; some are just sneezers. When I sneeze, it is almost always five or more, and sometimes up to thirty. As mentioned above, she might just have some sort of irritant in her nose that she is trying to work out.

Kathleen, I think it's the area, because both Porky and I have been itchy and sneezy with watery eyes the past week.

Kathleen - have you taken Lemon to the vet? How is she doing? I was wondering because Rollo seems to be very allergic right now also!
