Default Making bath-time fun! need ideas

Okay, it's that time again for Co-Pilot's bath. She is pretty good through the whole process (even though it is sad to look at her pathetic little face), but she does not like bath time at all. I know many of your Puggies do!

When can I give her treats during the process (I alwasys give her one afterwards).

I bathe her in my laundry room sink, I don't immerse her in water but it is almost like she is taking a shower, except I am careful to not get water on her head, or in her ears. Then we lather up, rinse and blowdry on warm!

You can give her treats during the process -- it'll help her get used to the idea. That's what we did with Lemon at first. Now we just give her a treat afterwards. But the only way to get her blow-dried is with treats. I have to hold them out for her while she sits. Otherwise, she's biting at the hair dryer.

She still isn't fond of baths, and luckily, she rarely needs one. Every two months, and that's mostly for me -- I love how soft and fuzzy they make her.
    Kathleen (and Lemon, too!)
