    Question Help for Shedding!!!

    My 8month old male pug has recently started shedding. I have heard that pugs are big shedders well now I believe it What can anyone recommend about the best way to groom them I would love to know what to do to keep the shedding to a minimum

    I used a shedding blade on homer once a week,because he sheds like crazy... Marge I just rub my hands down her a couple times using a little force (she hates the shedding blade)... thats about the only thing i've found that works.

    Shedding blades work well, as do Zoom Groom (rubber brushes). Those are the only things I've found to grip the fine pug fur that mine have.

    Also, don't buy into nutritional products or shampoos that say they stop shedding. They don't. Shedding is normal, natural and unfortunately inevitable with pugs!

    Fawn color clothing, carpet, furniture, car interior.....well you get the idea. All of those things helped with shedding, or to not notice the shedding.
    Seriously, the shedding blade works the best with Otis!

    A Shedding blade works well. And of course my favorite vacum that picks up all the pug hair on wood floors...... "The Dyson".
