    Default Pug puppy breathing question.

The link below is a video of my 8-12week old pug (I'll know her birthdate today):

    Is her breathing normal?

    Welcome to the village.

I can't understand from the video you posted what you are concerned about. Did you take the video yourself? There seems to be a lot of hissing but that sounds like background noise to me rather than the pug. She looks quite normal.

    Me too!

From the video I can't understand what the problem is.
As Bella mentioned there is a lot of back ground hissing but the pup seems relaxed.

I wonder if the concern is that she is breathing relatively quickly and/or irregularly? If so, it looks within normal range to me. Ernie does this when he sleeps... when he was a puppy I would sometimes worry he had stopped breathing because he'd take a few second pause or have some irregular breaths. But nothing to worry about, and she looks good to me!

    P.S. What a cutie pie!

I haven't been able to watch the video, but I too have had to check Freddie when he is sleeping as he sometimes skips a breath or too.

Sorry for the misunderstanding y'all. I couldn't record the sound properly, so I was hoping to show how her chest was moving when she is resting. It's not like how my older pug's chest moves when he breaths. My older pug's chest movement seems smoother.

Yeah. I was a bit concerned about how her chest moves relatively quick when resting. Thanks for the info!
