PugVillage Community Update - PLEASE READ:)

I have to agree with Patricia...it's about the pugs and sharing our knowledge and experiences with each other. In the lounge we share the other parts of our lives that have helped us to get to know each other better. It doesn't really matter who owns PV, it's the pugs and pug owners that make it a village. It's up to us to make it a happy place! There will always be differences of opinion, but lets agree on our love for pugs!

I kind of like the pug of the month idea. If done right it could be fun! Instead of poo pooing the ideas and the new owners, lets keep an open mind and make this a fun place!

A better idea would have been to make it a photo contest--winner takes a week of feature. And the contest to win would have to include all pets of members to make it fun---I am quite sure we have snakes somewhere on the forum.

I want to thank you Admins for posting the update for us. I think all the new idea's are great. All pugs will have a chance to be a highlight for a month and I am sure that members that have other dogs they would probably be welcome to. The Village has always made everyone welcome no matter what dog you had. As for the problems we have had, I only have one wish. That is for the people that do not like our village and want to cause conflict here. If you do not like it, please go away and let us be happy. We are rebuilding our village and in spite of you, we will accomplish this. We do it for the pugs and other dogs and for those we love. There is a heart here and it beats strong. The love here is stronger than the discord, and we will make sure it stays this way. Welcome to Pug Village everyone. We have fun, we have knowledge, we have love.

The Pug of the Month was just an idea, we can substitute it with a monthly photo contest as well - just looking for some new initiatives to have some fun and help members share and bond:) Not looking to step on anyone's toes at all, just throwing some fun ideas out there!

now, since you don't have any pugs, and we have to have pictures, you are gonna have to POST SOME PICTURES OF YOURSELVES!! could never get dante or karl to do that.

Yes, you are right--we have seen Karl, Susan and Hunter () but no Dante, Admins!
