Thanks everyone, he does it just on a verbal command now aswell so doesn't need a tap on the bum to get him to do it :-)
If anyone wants a go, the way we did it was getting him to lay down then rolling him onto his side and rewarding him when he stayed there, then when he got the hang of that, adding on the verbal command.
