mine are having a blast today.
the sun has creeped out between the showers and they got lots of runs in the backyard. playing ball and teaser ball...Max favourite toy. they got to chase each over...jump over all the downed tree limbs from the wind the last few days.. play hide and go seek in the bush around the house and just enjoyed the nice cool day here
we are about 55F outside..............so not that warm.........but a great day for PUGS.

even Gus and Bella got out for a good run today too

the pugs helped me read Nicholas Sparks the LAST SONG....they all sat with me and napped after their run so I could read for awhile..

they ate they night meals and NOW out for a good nap..

lots of excersise for them today and me too..

cool temps and rain here for the next week..........so finally they get some outside fun time to run....and run they did.........lol

Well...We went to the grocery store so that I could get steak, onion, and mushrooms. Came home and I cooked the mushrooms and onion and grilled the steak. I had a few sips of wine (don't do that often) and as I was bringing the steak in...it dropped on the floor. I saved the steak...and the dogs LOVED the grease!!!

Gave them a taste of the steak..and then smothered it with the onions and mushrooms!!!

Now, I'm going to feed them their own food!

It's been fantastic weather since Saturday. Today was high about 83, Mz Tilly and I spent about an hour and a half out in the yard, she sitting in the sun for about half that time, the rest sitting on my lap. Then I came in to fix some french toast, sausage patties, and eggs for breakfast. We watched part of a movie, napped, watched the rest. Now heating up some leftover chicken soup to go with the carnitas for dinner.

Lazy cuddle on the couch and the floor and watch TV day. We don't get many of those. Steak on the BBQ for dinner tonight.

It has been cooler here but still in the 90's during the day. The dogs have had 2 walks today and Joy stayed in my eye sight on the second walk! We had a bit of a scare with her this am. She's a funny thing. I'm sure she's a bit more accustomed to the heat because we do get out and walk but it can still be hot even in the evening. Yesterday we had a bit cooler day, so after lunch I attempted to get the dogs to go for a walk. My rat terriers were game. But as soon as we started off, Joy turned right around and layed down in the shade and would not budge. lol She ain't stupid. I went on for the walk and it was so hot that I had to cut the walk short. When we got back, I think Joy was laughing at us. lol

It's been a pretty lazy and laid back day around here today! Temps were in the high 60's with a breeze and it was a perfect day for lots of Pug play outside! We just came in from hanging in the yard and everyone with 4 legs is pretty well pooped LOL! Dinner and maybe baths and then I predict a couple of sacked out little dogs real soon!
