I found out that i'm not allowed to post attachements. I have no idea why.
I think that maybe PV doesn't allow it until you have a certain number of posts. They do it to prevent spammers. Not positive on this, but a possibility?

Well that sucks, I was hoping I could get some pics of my paker up here. Guess I'll just start replying to everything :)
Like I said..I'm not positive. Try looking under "How to do stuff on Pug Village" There's a lot of stuff on there that will tell you how to add pics and such. I know you need to make sure that the pic you are posting exists somewhere else on the internet (like photobucket) Then copy the code and paste it on your post. Prewiew your post before you sumbit the thread to make sure it works.

Yeah the pictures were in the preview, I use photobucket. Everything was there and once I hit submit the thread was no where to be found. Oh well. .
You should be able to post photos in your posts as soon as you're a registered member, I think it's just to be able to put a photo in your signature that you have to have around 50 posts.
I'm about 99% sure on this, because new members post introductory threads with photos of their babies in quite often :)

That is true. That's why I wasn't too confident in saying that you needed a certain amount of posts. Speaking of signature posting...I have over 50 posts and I still can't get pics on my signature...any help?

Hmm, I did mine a while ago now, but, is it definitely under the size limit first of all?
And if so, once you've uploaded your picture and it shows up, you have to press the button that says "insert signature picture" and then press "save signature"
I think it threw me too until I realised you have to press "inset signature picture", it's just because it makes it show up in the html above.
Hope that helps, it was a while since I did mine so if it still doesn't work let me know! :) x
