Puberty in a neutered dog?

Wally is now 1 year 4 months old. Is it possible that he is hitting puberty or suddenly feeling more 'powerful'? He had never humped anything other than a stuffed toy (and that was really infrequent) until last week. Then he discovered last weekend that he could hump Murphy. Now he's humping Leto when they are playing. Leto doesn't reprimand him at all. How do I get him to stop? DO I even try to get him to stop?

I think it can be more of a dominance thing with some dogs. My Bella is almost three and just started doing this to her brother Toby. They are both fixed, she thinks it's a neat trick and he's just confused by it

She doesn't usually do it for very long so I usually just ignore it. Toby tried it once, but it didn't do much for him so he stopped and has never tried it again

Roxy has been doing it to Harley since she was like 5 months old and she has never been a boy as far as I know!

It's harmless as long as the humpee doesn't mind. Denver is the main humper here and he's the least dominant of the pack. He does it for fun, or when he's excited or ... A couple of years ago when we had more mobile pugs, we had a humping train from time to time - all boys. Jake in front, then foster Quincy, then Denver.
