Winston has been sequestered all week, except for pee breaks. I feel guilty not taking him to the P-A-R-K but it's been way too hot. They've all eaten and Winston is sleeping on the floor behind me, under one of the A/C's. Molly (jackahuahua) is playing hide-and-chase with the two cats. The rats are asleep, they're nocturnal, or just night owls,lol.

Bella is snuggled up against me, kinda between my legs, with her head pillowed on my thigh. Cujo the chihuahua is chewing on somthing he most likely is not supposed to have. The old man Great Dane, Seamus, is sound asleep on his bed. Both cats and snoozing on the back of the couch, behind me.

I have the day off from work. The dogs and I walked Daddy to work, about two blocks away, then spent some time in the yard pulling weeds and planting a couple of tomato plants my MIL picked up for a buck apiece at Lowe's on clearance. Now, I am bemoaning my lack of coffee--we ran out and I forgot to buy more--as I sip the cup from yesterday's pot I warmed up in the microwave.

James will be home around 2 pm and then all the dogs will do the happy happy joy joy daddy's home dance.

All SIX of mine are just finishing up eating. We were playing 4 way tuggie earlier (all the girls.. the boys were smart enough to just watch) and Yessssss even Tyra was playing YAAAAA!! Unfortunately, Meisuu and baby Gracie got into it, as usual, so we broke up the fight ... taking Abby and Tyra out of the mix early and then Hubby picked up Grace and I grabbed Meisuu.. I peeled Meisuu's lip off her teeth again (every single time they fight that happens) and cleaned up the blood.. typical day at my house ROFL. Now Grace is carrying her empty bowl to me to let me know she's done eating, and everyone else are cleaning each other's mouths and ears.

Well right now mine are mad at me for putting the biggest, ugliest beast with a huge nose, ( Norman the horse) in THEIR backyard!!! They keep jumping into the window to give him a piece of their mind and then running over to me and giving me "the look" LOL! I think its going to be one of those days where I can do nothing right (in the eyes of the house Gods ie; the Pugs) LOL!
