    Reminds me of my two seniors (Suli & Charlie Bob, Henry Lee is sound asleep)... they will sit at the sliding door (shut at night) and bark for Nick & Luke out in the yard patrolling keeping any kitty cats, birds or raccoons away... they are telling them that they have their backs! lol....

    Vicious beasts indeed! I hope these pictures don't do any injustice to the breed, not all pugs are used as dangerous and vicious guard dogs. It is the owner, not the breed......LOL!

    Tiny is such a good guard dog that she barks whenever anyone comes to the front door (even though she is out the back!) but only if I answer it and stand talking to whoever is there. If my husband is there talking, she doesn't seem to mind. Maybe she is protecting me, letting whoever is there know that there is a big, brave dog ready to pounce if necessary!!
