Has anyone else suddenly had trouble accessing threads on the forum? For about four or five days, whenever I try to click onto a thread, I get a message saying the website is either temporarily down or overloaded. That the website uses Cloud Flare and if I think the site is up again to try the Live Version of the Cloud Flare. Well, I get the same darned error message. Only just now, it seemed to be trying to sell me an update program or something that I refused to click onto until I know what the heck is going on! I left a message with the main Contact Us site on the homepage and haven't received any response. Honestly, I've tried getting responses to a couple of things in the past and never heard from the Administrators or anyone. Can anyone help me? If it really is my problem or my computer, I apologize in advance. I admit I am very computer challenged. But this is a new IMac, for crying out loud! Can't blame it on my old dinosaur of a computer any more! Help! I am going thru withdrawals not being able to access the forum!!!!

I have not seen this, maybe when it happens again a screen print and a link will help out figure what is wrong.
No clue, but this sounds like one of the ploys those malicious spyware programs use.
Take care,

I saw this on Friday evening, and just assumed it was some sort of flukey thing. I haven't seen it since. I don't think it is spyware as I saw this on my heavily protected work computer, and only saw it on this site.

Clouf Flare looks legit, as legit as a quick visit to their website can provide. Given what they say they do, it could be a server close to you is having problems. Of course that diagnosis dependent on what services PV purchased from them. the main service they have is to cache locally the static website files onto a server close to the customer accessing the site. Should speed up your access. Since you are in Sacramento and their map shows San Jose and LA servers I would suspect those are the issue. Then LaGrange, probably his the Chicago server.
If they recently won a large new customer for their services their servers could be overloaded. Since it made a comment about using the full version I suspect PV uses Cloud Flare free.
I don't think there is anything you are doing wrong or anything you can do to resolve the problem yourself. Maybe PMing a moderator they can check with the owners.
Hmmmm.... I haven't seen anything like this either. If you know how to "Print Screen" and post the image, as Russ suggested above, then maybe we can help you figure it out.

I get a message from CloudFlare sometimes. I'll try to do a screen capture next time it happens.
Don't click on anything offering you an upgrade though. That does not sound like a good idea.
