Just got home from work...

I walked in the door and my husband said "Don't touch Maggie" right away I thought she got hurt, but she just stinks!

My husband went to get the old garbage can from behind the shed as we are going to begin working on the master bath, a squirrel fell into the can and died and was in the water, he dumped it out and went to get plastic bags to pick up the squirrel and when he got back Maggie was pulling the fur off of it so she could eat it. It probably has been dead for over two months and boy did it smell. He cleaned Maggie up and held her for two hours till I got home to give her a bath!

I bathed her and fed her and she seems fine. I can take pictures but I will spare you all.


BTW the other pugs wouldn't go near Maggie, she smelled so bad.

The squirrel is wrapped in two bags and I still smell it. Unfortunately garbage pick up came this morning.

It is going to rain tonight, I wish it would start as there must be still some smell on the leaves. All the pugs go to the spot now and a few minutes ago there was another critter sitting on the fence, it jumped off and scurried into the woods, and of course I screamed not knowing what it was. UGH!

What an adventure! My dogs would all LOVE Maggie! The stinkier the better for them. They find even the tiniest amt of deadness and they drop that shoulder and ROLL away.

Oh I enjoy having some kimchi now and then. I was in Korea for like a year and a half. Just can't eat so much that smell starts coming out your pores.
